Taniel Kilajian

Taniel Kilajian is an Armenian-American filmmaker based in Austin, TX. His films have screened and won awards at festivals both domestic and international, including SXSW, Big Sky Documentary Film Festival, Rhode Island International Film Festival, and Literally Short Film Festival.

After graduating from UT Austin with an MFA in Film and Video Production in December 2019, he had the privilege of working for a year and a half as Terrence Malick’s personal assistant during postproduction on The Way of the Wind. He is currently an Assistant Professor of Instruction at TX State University.
